If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime.
How much notice needs to be given before I move out?
We require a 10 day written notice before you move out.
What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
We require a government issued ID (example: driver’s license, state id, or passport)
Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
No, we rent on a month-to-month basis, with a one month minimum.
Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates or into the building where my unit is located?
No. At the time of rental you will be given your own security pass code that will allow you access to your unit.
How do I make a payment?
You can pay in person at our office during office hours, mail a check, make a credit card or ACH payment through our Website (www.kembricks.com) or over the phone. You may also sign up to have payments automatically charged to a credit card or debited from the checking account of your choosing.
What forms of payments do you accept?
Cash, Check, ACH, Money Orders, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express.
How do I know how much storage space I will need?
You can either use our Storage Calculator on our website or call us for assistance. We’re here to help.
Do I need to bring my own lock?
Yes. You must provide your own lock. We prefer tenants use disc locks, and we sell them in the office.
Am I required to have insurance on the items in my unit?
No. However, Kembricks Storage assumes no liability for the contents of your unit(s).
Can I store cars, boats, campers or ATV’s?
Yes, with notification to management.
Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
Only DEAD storage is permitted. No Animals, Food Products, Liquids, Explosives, Flammable liquids, Gas or Kerosene Cans, Propane Tanks, Toxic Materials, Biological Contaminants, and Perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
